基于CFD技术的抽吸式油烟机结构优化与节能控制策略研究

摘要:当下,人们对烹饪环境要求越来越高,而现有侧吸式抽吸油烟机存在排烟效果较差、能耗较高等不足。为此,本文根据油烟形成和扩散机理,采用CFD技术研究了侧吸式抽油烟机集烟罩和空气幕特性对厨房油烟排除效果的影响,并设计了基于西门子S7-200PLC的抽油烟机风机功率与油烟浓度变化的节能控制策略,为高效节能型侧吸式油烟机的设计提供理论参考。本文主要研究成果如下:

(1)建立了侧吸式抽吸油烟机烟物理模型和烟气流动控制方程。

(2)数值研究了平板型集烟罩和弧形集烟罩对侧吸式油烟机排烟效果的影响。结果表明:油烟发生速率较低时,平板型集烟罩和弧形集烟罩的排烟效果相当;随着油烟发生速率变大,两种集烟罩排烟效果都有所降低,但弧型集烟罩排烟效果更好;当油烟发生速率较大时,两种集烟罩油烟均会出现外逸现象。

(3)数值研究了闭合式和半闭合式两种气幕的流速和角度特性对侧吸式油烟机排烟效果的影响。结果表明:在集烟罩上安装气幕可以有效限制油烟外逸现象。全闭合式气幕在下送风0度风速1m/s时效果最佳,而半闭合气幕在下送风0度风速0.8m/s以及下送风15度风速1m/s时都能达到最佳。从节能角度,优先推荐半闭合式下送风0度气幕。

(4)设计了基于西门子S7-200PLC的厨房抽油烟机节能控制系统,具有工频运行、自动变速以及系统故障报警的功能,实现了风机功率可随油烟浓度的变化而自动调节。

At present, people have higher and higherrequirements for the cooking environment, and the existing side suction typerange hood has the disadvantages of poor smoke exhausting effect and highenergy consumption. Therefore, according to the mechanism of soot formation anddiffusion, this paper studied the influence of the smoke collecting hood andair curtain characteristics of the side suction range hood on the kitchen fumeremoval effect according to the mechanism of soot formation and diffusion, anddesigned the range hood fan based on Siemens S7-200PLC. The energy-savingcontrol strategy of power and soot concentration changes provides a theoreticalreference for the design of high-efficiency energy-saving side suction rangehoods. The main research results of this paper are as follows:

(1) Established the physical model of theside suction range hood and the flow control equation of the flue gas.

(2) The influence of the flat-type hood andthe curved hood on the smoke exhausting effect of the side suction hood wasstudied numerically. The results show that when the rate of occurrence of sootis low, the smoke exhausting effect of the flat hood and the curved hood isequivalent; when the rate of soot increases, the smoke venting effect of thetwo hoods is reduced, but The arc type collecting hood has better smokeexhausting effect; when the occurrence rate of the soot is much greater, bothfume from two types will appear to escape.

(3) The effects of the flow velocity andangular characteristics of the closed and semi-closed air curtains on the smokeexhausting effect of the side suction range hood were studied numerically. Theresults show that the installation of air curtain on the hood can effectivelylimit the escape of soot. The effect of fully closed air curtain is the bestwhen the downward air supply is 0 degree wind speed 1 m/s, while that ofsemi-closed air curtain is the best when the downward air supply is 0 degreewind speed 0.8 m/s and the downward air supply is 15 degree wind speed 1 m/s.From the point of view of energy saving, the semi-closed downward air supply 0degree air curtain is preferred.

(4) Designed the energy-saving controlsystem of kitchen range hood based on Siemens S7-200PLC. It has the functionsof power frequency operation, automatic shifting and system fault alarm, whichrealizes that the fan power can be automatically adjusted with the change ofsoot concentration.
